I question the value of this article and whether Hal Markarian is notable

I don't see how the making of an early sketch of the proposed B-2 by the person Hal Markarian makes him notable. A very long list of people worked on the project that affected the design including myself. I don't think we need a long list of biographies of those who made this or that contribution to the design. Some chronological context, please!
