Legislation
[edit]I don't see why the 2003 bill designed to outlaw the dirty words was included. The bill didn't pass, and there are thousands of bills introduced every year which don't pass -- we don't put every piece of proposed legislation on a Wikipedia page, do we? Additionally, the link to the bill is broken. If no one objects, I'll delete the legislation section in a few days. If someone objects, well, let's discuss. :-) Ztrawhcs 17:13, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

Clarify second circuit court decison
[edit]What Second Circuit Appeals Court freedom of speech case or cases in 2010 is or are referenced by the "second circuit court" link? I found: Weintraub v. Board of Education of the City of New York, 27 January 2010. If this is correct, then maybe linking to the case might be more useful than linking to the court jurisdiction the case was decited in.
