A Thank you and request for permission to contribute.
[edit]My name is Christopher Crepon. There are only 9 of we Crepons in the USA, and about 90-odd total sum in the world. Most are in France, some moved over time to Germany and even a few to Switzerland. We're a part of the Norman and Anglo-Norman lineage, actually being one of the very first inheritable surnames (see Normans and law, etc).
I appreciate the work on this article thus far. There are many sources, and I'll post those I have here soon when I have time. Many are in French. It is my request that this article make reference to the Familie de Crepon, whom for which the village was in fact named.
I also am requesting permission to contribute to this article, under the "admission" or statement of fact that I am a member of this bloodline and in particular this family. The House of Normandy is no longer officially seated, thus we have no political clout beyond anyone else. Nor do I, for that matter. In any case I figured I'd ask. Thank you all for your time and work on this article. 2601:19A:4001:98A1:0:0:0:82A2 (talk) 19:50, 14 May 2016 (UTC) Rev. Christopher Norman Creopn I
