Egypt
[edit]Although some local associations do claim that they regulate the certification process of translation providers, there is no official or recognized entity that regulates the certified translation practice or represents the translators in Egypt so far. The certified translation in Egypt requires only a statement from the translator or the translation agency to confirm the accuracy and truthfulness of the translation and its conformity to the original document attached. The translated document must further be stamped and signed by the translator or the translation agency. The translation accuracy statement must also contain the translator's contact details with the translation date clearly stated, preferably on each page of the translation.[1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by Optimizer777 (talk • contribs) 15:53, 27 January 2020 (UTC)
Court Interpreters and Translators in Germany
[edit]I have added the following details regarding the Act on Court Interpreters that was effective from 1 January 2023.
Germany's official database of all translators sworn-in across federal states, established by state judicial administrations, serves as a platform for information about sworn, publicly appointed, or generally authorized interpreters and translators in different states of the Federal Republic of Germany. The general swearing-in, public appointment, or general authorization of interpreters and translators is governed by the Federal Court Interpreters Act, which took effect on January 1, 2023, and by the specific laws of individual states. Requirements and procedures may vary accordingly.
Individuals seeking interpreters, translators or online translators<<spam redacted>> can search for specific professionals by name, location, or language. Once a specific result is selected, it provides details such as the languages offered and contact information.
It's important to note that the Court Interpreters Act, which became effective on January 1, 2023, and the corresponding state law adjustments, may impact orders related to interpreters and translators. Renewing orders in a timely manner may be necessary.
Interpreters who were generally sworn in accordance with the previous state law regulations can rely on their general oath in court until December 31, 2026 (Section 189, Paragraph 2 of the Court Constitution Act)[1].

- You added a paragraph as a rather obvious cover to also add a spam link. Stop doing that. MrOllie (talk) 15:48, 23 October 2023 (UTC)
