Finite is ambiguous
[edit]In the definition of atomic, it seems that there is some ambiguity with the word "finite". Consider for instance subrings of real numbers (or complex numbers) : is it trivial that there is no difference between "any element can be written as a product of irreducible" and "any element can be written as a finite product of irreducible" ? (it could be possible that infinite product of irreducible elements are defined for such rings, contrarily to what is assumed in the following for a general ring where properties of real analysis do not hold) 15:16, 14 November 2012 193.50.42.237
