Bud Dry

[edit]

I just bought Bud Dry this weekend, are we sure it is discontinued? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.125.122.133 (talk) 01:49, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Natural Light...

Distilled pinecones? Seriously? Why do I think a vandal has been here?76.246.235.134 (talk) 18:19, 11 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. I couldn't find anything else to support that. I'm going to remove.64.126.121.67 (talk) 20:56, 27 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I visited the gas station today and it said it was 8% ABV. Does the ABV differ by state?Random from the burgh (talk) 04:45, 22 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Why Was This Reorganization Done?

[edit]

I recall the Natural Light article. It had some informative text and a photograph someone contributed. No doubt that the Budweiser and Bud Light articles were yet more advanced and good. So what is the purpose of their having been reduced and stuck here in a "brands" article? Do people go looking for information on brands? I think not that often, but often surely people must seek to find out about specific beers or Coca Cola or whatever. I must say I don't understand why these individual beers here, each with its own history, had to be cut down to short bits in this "brands" article. It seems to me whoever made this happen must have sacrificed a great deal of useful information that previous editors worked hard on, and it hasn't done Wikipedia readers any favors, either. DanielM (talk) 01:05, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Not hearing any response, I reverted Natural Light. It'll have its own article, and fine if it has a paragraph here as well. I'll leave it to others to repair damage to the articles of the other beverages, for example Bud Light, which has been reduced to a 25-word entry here. The external link referring to "Tequiza" being a defunct brand is now dead. I'm don't know of any other places this maybe referenced, so I'm not sure how to fix it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.124.74.89 (talk) 17:20, 30 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

First try at light beer

[edit]

I do believe that Anheuser-Busch did a beer called A-B Light in order to test the market without possibly sullying the Budweiser name. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.177.33.164 (talk) 22:23, 30 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Land Shark Lager is usually consumed with a lime.??

[edit]

Below the LandShark photo it says "Land Shark Lager is usually consumed with a lime." This needs citation. No where on the land shark website is the beer featured with a lime. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nichos (talkcontribs) 02:50, 11 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Bud light beer

[edit]

I had someone claiming to working for bud light beer@ advertising to sent them a pic of your vehicle to do a car wrap that advertising bud light beer. And said that they would pay $400 a week for 3 months long. The problem is they sent me a check for$1900 now they want me to put it in my account and them send money to someone else I don't think this check was there or it's phoney money. Please let me know what I can do about this Dustin1979Hawkins (talk) 01:11, 29 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Budweiser

[edit]
I would move all of the Budweiser beers up with the the fist Budweiser mentioned. The organization of the article starts with Budweiser, goes to Bud Light products, then proceeds to go back to the rest of the Budweiser products. Would make more sense to go through the Budweiser products, then move on to the Bud Light products. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Clymernl (talkcontribs) 22:00, 4 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Creating Bud Light as it's own, separate article

[edit]

I personally find it odd that the biggest-selling beer in the United States does not have it's own article. I propose that Bud Light have one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rube Dali, the DodoHorse (talkcontribs) 02:57, 23 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

violent rhetoric

[edit]

The article currently includes this unsourced nugget: "spoke out against the violent rhetoric used by those boycotting the beverage."

Umm, sorry, but perhaps this could be "some of those boycotting..." as surely not everyone participating is doing this. I would guess it is a tiny minority, in fact, but of course, that isn't known because it isn't sourced or referenced beyond the press spokesman simply making things up. 2604:3D09:C77:4E00:DDD7:2001:2BA7:79A4 (talk) 13:16, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Black Crown?

[edit]

I think the addition of the short lived Black Crown sub-brand is warranted. Editz001 (talk) 13:58, 3 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
