[edit]

I think these inequalities are due to Shmuel Agmon, possibly from his "Lectures In Elliptic Boundary Value Problems." Can anyone confirm this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bowiki (talkcontribs) 19:57, August 13, 2009 (UTC)

Prerequisites lacking.

[edit]

The prerequisites are not explained. Specifically, it is not clear whether or not Ω is allowed to be any subset of R3 (or of R2); or, rather, the lack of qualifier indicates that indeed Ω os completely arbitrary. However, if Ω is not even measurable, I do not think that the accompanying notation is meaningful. (You can not assume that employing the letter Ω immediately implies that the subset is e. g. open.)
