Going to bump the rating of this article down to a C for now. Multiple claims are unsourced, several of the sources in the "references" section are not attached to inline citations, and some of the citations are too short. I would also question the suitability of some of these sources, particularly the bookshop.org product page. Overall, I would not call this article suitably referenced per WP:ASSESS. I also don't know if I would call it reasonably well-written. Some of the choppier sentences near the end of the "Career" section could probably be punched up or replaced. "Her animal trope to critique society was later used by George Orwell in Animal Farm (1945)" stands out.
Looking closer, I don't think that I have access to the resources necessary to improve this article in the ways that I want. For any others who want to take a swing at it, I've found that there does seem to be a significant amount of biographical information written about her. If you have access to this stuff, maybe take a look:
Aguirre, Lavayén J. (1980). Adela Zamudio: guerrillera del Parnas [Adela Zamudio: Parnas guerrilla] (in Spanish). Cochabamba: Editorial Los Amigos del Libro.
Ayllón, Virginia. "Fin de Siglo XIX en Bolivia: Aproximación Comparativa de las Narrativas de Lindaura Anzótegui se Campero y Adela Zamudio". In Guardia (2012).
Muñoz, Willy O. "Adela Zamudio: Una Obra y Vida Feminista". In Guardia (2012).This source does not contain as much general biographical info as its names implies, but should be useful for talking about her literary career.
Guzman, Augusto (1955). Adela Zamudio, biografía de una mujer ilustre [Adela Zamudio, biography of an illustrious woman] (in Spanish). La Paz: Juventud.
Ocampo Moscoso, Eduardo (1981). Adela Zamudio (in Spanish). La Paz: Ultima Hora. This seems to be the most well-cited biography of Zamudio.
Taborga de Villarroel, Gabriela (1981). La verdadera Adela Zamudio [The real Adela Zamudio] (in Spanish). Cochabamba: Editorial Canela.
