Production
[edit]The production numbers seem a bit uncertain. At one stage there were 300 (150+150) delivered or on order, and this figure is quoted as the total in 1957 (Observer's book of aircraft. Jane's is more precise. Simpson has 450 I-115s, but surely this includes I-11bs? Seems as if part of the second order was cancelled. For what it is worth the aircraft on the current active list with the latest c/n (EC-CRT) is c/197. Interestingly, too the Spanish reg says this was built in 1961, as were c/n 196 and c/n 194.
Anyone have reliable sources for numbers and build dates?TSRL (talk) 10:34, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
