Bullet 7 under Roman Empire needs correction

Quote: "Gallus arrives in Caesarea, without six thousand men and numerous standards, including the eagle of Legio XII."

"without" does not work here, it's either a grammatic error, or it should be "with", which would be consistent with the rest of the content of this entry.

Does anyone know if Gallus had 6000 men or not?
