Nikolas Farantouris (born 28 January 1976)[1] is a Greek politician. He was elected as a member of the European Parliament for the Syriza party in 2024.[2]

He has worked as a lawyer at Goldman Sachs and the international law firm Norton Rose in London, Brussels and Athens.[3]

Political career

He is a member of Syriza with an active political presence.[4] In the national elections of May and June 2023 he was a candidate for MP with SYRIZA in the single-member constituency of Cephalonia, but was not elected. Farantouris ran with SYRIZA in the 2024 European Parliament electios, where he was elected.[5]
