Marzęcino [maʐɛnˈt͡ɕinɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowy Dwór Gdański, within Nowy Dwór Gdański County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) east of Nowy Dwór Gdański and 42 km (26 mi) east of the regional capital Gdańsk.
Marzęcino is the lowest point in Poland, situated on 2.2 metres (7.2 ft) below sea level (previously Raczki Elbląskie was considered the lowest point).[2]
