Liam Greentree (born January 1, 2006) is a Canadian ice hockey right wing for the Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). He was drafted 26th overall by the Los Angeles Kings in the 2024 NHL entry draft.

Playing career[edit]

During the 2022–23 season, he recorded 25 goals and 20 assists in 61 games for the Windsor Spitfires. His 25 goals were the most amongst OHL rookies and earned him a selection to the OHL First All-Rookie Team. During the 2023–24 season, he served as team captain and led his team in scoring with 36 goals and 54 assists in 64 games for the Spitfires.[1] Following the season he was named to the OHL Third All-Star team.[2]

On June 28, 2024, Greentree was drafted 26th overall by the Los Angeles Kings in the 2024 NHL entry draft.[3]

On April 16, 2024, Greentree was named to Canada's under-18 team for the 2024 IIHF World U18 Championships.[4][5] During the tournament he recorded two goals and two assists in seven games and won a gold medal.[6]
