Kyle Ferguson (born 24 September 1999) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a central defender for National League club Rochdale.[2]
Career

[edit]Born in Glasgow,[3] Ferguson played youth football for Rangers, Kilmarnock, and Airdrieonians, before playing senior football with Clyde.[4] He then played college soccer for Medaille College and in Sweden for Ytterhogdal, before signing for Irish club Waterford.[3]
Harrogate Town
[edit]After playing with English club Altrincham, he signed for Harrogate Town in June 2022.[4][5] In February 2023, he returned to Altrincham on a one month loan,[6] a deal later extended until the end of the season.[7]
On 23 June 2023, Ferguson joined Rochdale on a two-year contract.[8]
Personal life
[edit]He is a member of a footballing family which includes his father Barry Ferguson, uncle Derek Ferguson and cousin Lewis Ferguson[1] (who was once a teammate in the Rangers academy).[9] He has also done some modelling work.[10]
