Ruben Hedman (born 19 July 2004) is an English track and field athlete.[1]

Early and personal life

The son of former professional footballer Rudi Hedman, he attended Maltings Academy in Colchester.[2]

Career

In 2023, he won bronze at the U20 Indoor National Championships in Sheffield in the 60m hurdles. [3]

In February 2024, he qualified for the final of the 60m hurdles at the British National Indoor Championships, finishing eighth.[4]

In June 2024, he competed at the senior British Athletics Championships in Manchester.
