Anastasia Myskina defeated Amélie Mauresmo in the final, 6–2, 6–4 to win the women's singles tennis title at the 2003 Kremlin Cup.[1]

Magdalena Maleeva was the defending champion, but lost to Dinara Safina in the first round.
