According to the Singapore Foreign Ministry page on Turkmenistan and ICA Singapore, under the visa-waiver agreement which have already took effect, Diplomatic, Official and Service Passport Holders do not need a visa for 30 days to enter each other. In addition, only ordinary passport holders require a visa and invitation to enter Turkmenistan 2. As for other countries, the visa-free period specified is also 30 days each visit. undo
