Unblocking

Hello, please, can you unblock User:JAnDbot? It was blocked years ago, when there was activie Interwicket bot. I want to use it again, because problems, which were before are now solved. I am unable to find better place to ask for it. And where to ask for bot flag? JAn Dudík (talk) 12:51, 6 June 2012 (UTC)

I think it would be better to ask for a bot flag first before I unblock it. You can ask at WT:BP.
