Valentin Emanoil Bădoi (born 16 December 1975) is a Romanian professional football manager and former player, currently assistant coach at Liga I club Gloria Buzău.[1][2][3]

Valentin Bădoi played 10 games for Romania, making his debut under coach Victor Pițurcă on 9 February 2005, when he came as a substitute and replaced Mirel Rădoi in the 81st minute of a friendly match, which ended 2–2 against Slovakia.[4][5] His following two games were a 2–0 home victory against Czech Republic and a 1–0 away victory against Finland at the 2006 World Cup qualifiers.[6][7] Bădoi's last appearance for the national team was on 16 August 2006 in a friendly against Cyprus which ended with a 2–0 victory.[4][8]
