Disambiguation link notification for April 6
editHi. When you recently edited 1960 Copa Preparación, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page La Serena (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Orphaned non-free media (File:Logodelacopachile.png)
editThanks for uploading File:Logodelacopachile.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Werieth (talk) 15:58, 17 September 2013 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Ways to improve 1979 Copa Polla Gol
editHi, I'm Boleyn. Hungryspirit, thanks for creating 1979 Copa Polla Gol!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Please add your references.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

- You've continued to edit but haven't responded - can you please respond? Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 20:46, 17 March 2018 (UTC)
Hi; all my sources are from those "external links" section at the end of every article (football championships) i've created (i'll not create a single link to every score inside the article -there too many games in every tournament i've created-) Hungryspirit (talk) 21:05, 8 April 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks. If you use the heading 'Sources' or 'References' then readers will know where you've got your info fro; 'external links' is just a section for suggestions for further reading. Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 06:20, 9 April 2018 (UTC)
Non-free rationale for File:Deportes Temuco.jpg
editThanks for uploading or contributing to File:Deportes Temuco.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 17:51, 13 June 2018 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for August 2
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Clásico Universitario, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Carlos Campos (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Please close tags
editWhen you put an opening <small>
tag at the start of some text, please ensure that you also put a closing </small>
tag at the end, like this. Thanks. – Jonesey95 (talk) 17:10, 4 November 2019 (UTC)
- You did it again. Please close your
<small>
tags. Thanks. – Jonesey95 (talk) 23:01, 14 November 2019 (UTC)
I'm sorry, but i just copy the same format every time, -and then i change the teams and scores-, it is quite long to do it already, so it would be extra work doing that </small>
every time, and also not doing it, doesn't change any visible format anyways, but, if you or anybody else wants to do it... be my guest. Hungryspirit (talk) 19:27, 15 November 2019 (UTC)
- If you copy the same format every time, it should be straightforward to add closing
</small>
tags to the text that you are copying. Please do so.
- Leaving the tags unclosed is an error. It makes the page show up on an error-tracking subpage of Special:LintErrors, specifically the "Missing end tag" page. At some point, the broken syntax that you are putting onto these pages may break the display of the page, which I am assuming you do not want to happen.
- You are creating work for other editors that you could easily avoid by fixing your copy-and-paste text. Your argument above is similar to saying "Sure, I just threw a small piece of trash on the ground, but it's not hurting anyone; if you or anybody else wants to pick it up... be my guest." Please close your tags. Thanks. – Jonesey95 (talk) 00:25, 16 November 2019 (UTC)
- Please close all tags. Thanks. – Jonesey95 (talk) 16:56, 31 March 2020 (UTC)
