editI have declined your speedy deletion request for Oliver Yates. Failing to meet notability is not a valid reason for speedy deletion. See Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion for a list of valid criteria. If you the article does not meet notability, then you should nominate it for deletion. Whpq (talk) 14:13, 5 October 2022 (UTC)

Deletion for Ryan Hamilton Zehl
editHello GA Melbourne,
Why do you think that google search is important for a person to show the notability? and isn't it better to start a talk page instead of putting a deletion tag! BuxyNanny (talk) 19:36, 10 October 2022 (UTC)
- @BuxyNanny: I only just proposed the deletion, you may deleted by removing the following tag from the article and then a deletion discussion may be initiated.
{{proposed deletion/dated}}
- Yours Faithfully, GA Melbourne ( T | C ) 02:00, 11 October 2022 (UTC)- If it was just Proposed and asked to delete the tag!! then may i know why you have putted the tag again ? BuxyNanny (talk) 23:31, 13 October 2022 (UTC)
- @User:BuxyNanny: Initially it was a proposed deletion (WP:PROD) which is a tag that anyone may delete and a debate is not required. Since you deleted the tag, I chose start a deletion discussion (WP:AFD). The discussion on whether or not the article is suitable for Wikipedia can be found here: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ryan Hamilton Zehl. - Yours Faithfully, GA Melbourne ( T | C ) 02:55, 14 October 2022 (UTC)

New page reviewer granted
editHi GA Melbourne. Your account has been added to the "New page reviewers
" user group. Please check back at WP:PERM in case your user right is time limited or probationary. This user group allows you to review new pages through the Curation system and mark them as patrolled, tag them for maintenance issues, or nominate them for deletion. The list of articles awaiting review is located at the New Pages Feed. New page reviewing is vital to maintaining the integrity of the encyclopedia. If you have not already done so, you must read the tutorial at New Pages Review, the linked guides and essays, and fully understand the deletion policy. If you need any help or want to discuss the process, you are welcome to use the new page reviewer talk page. In addition, please remember:
- Be nice to new editors. They are usually not aware that they are doing anything wrong. Do make use of the message feature when tagging pages for maintenance so that they are aware.
- You will frequently be asked by users to explain why their page is being deleted. Please be formal and polite in your approach to them – even if they are not.
- If you are not sure what to do with a page, don't review it – just leave it for another reviewer.
- Accuracy is more important than speed. Take your time to patrol each page. Use the message feature to communicate with article creators and offer advice as much as possible.
The reviewer right does not change your status or how you can edit articles. If you no longer want this user right, you also may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. In cases of abuse or persistent inaccuracy of reviewing, or long-term inactivity, the right may be withdrawn at administrator discretion. ~Swarm~ {sting} 01:51, 9 November 2022 (UTC)
- The grant is probationary and expires on Monday, December 12. Have fun and let me know if you need anything. ~Swarm~ {sting} 01:54, 9 November 2022 (UTC)
- @Swarm: No worries, many thanks! - GA Melbourne (talk) 01:56, 9 November 2022 (UTC)

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

The article Rupert Arnold has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Fails WP:GNG, first source is unreliable and second source fails WP:SIGCOV.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. JML1148 (Talk | Contribs) 08:47, 25 December 2022 (UTC)
