Hi Evan, Since we've not heard from Cavalry, I'm considering unlocking the starsiege article myself. Do you think you can work from my revision? I'm hoping that between you and User:GordonTG this can be a great article; I'll help if need be. Marasmusine (talk) 19:40, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
- I've been wondering when it would get unlocked. I can help with it, but not alone. I know very little about mods, which seems to be one of the bigger issues at hand. I'll probably replace the gameplay section with what I have at PlayTribes, or at least part of it, as well as a section about PlayTribes itself, and review sources for the reception section. Can I even edit that revision though? Somewhat new to wiki to be honest. I'll let Gordon know, if you haven't already.EvanVolm (talk) 02:58, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
- I will give it a look. Thanks for the heads up.GordonTG (talk) 10:12, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
Okay guys, go at it. I have unlocked and reverted to my revision. The best advice I can give is:
- read and understand WP:Verifiability.
- don't get bogged down with too many details about fictional aspects (WP:Writing about fiction applies here).
Absolutely contact me if you need any further help. Marasmusine (talk) 09:21, 15 August 2009 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for File:Playtribes rollercoaster.jpg
editThanks for uploading or contributing to File:Playtribes rollercoaster.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 22:16, 15 December 2009 (UTC)
Your question
editYou asked me a question about some game articles. I do not actually work on these articles much, as I do not feel comfortable making detailed edits on games I have never played--and I do not play RPGs. Biut my general observations as a reader coming across these articles is that he is generally correct: For Fallen Empire: Legions , I would support his edits. Individual weapons can be listed, but information on how to use them is probably better condensed. Try writing it in a single paragraph: The basic weapon is X, a tactical rifle; other guns with related properties include the sniper rifle Y, the machine gun Z, .... For Starsiege: Tribes the information about patches was similarly too detailed. For Tribes 2, the material he removed also seems to have been out of proportion. In each case, my suggestion is to try to present it, but very much more briefly. DGG ( talk ) 16:59, 30 December 2009 (UTC)

editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Star Citizen, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chris Roberts (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
