Edit spree

edit

Please get consensus for your edit spree of changing "i.e." to "that is". It does not help the articles. Users who are unable to edit Wikipedia in accordance with consensus may have their editing privileges restricted. Consider this a first warning. Please revert your edits until you have obtained consensus for them. Xxanthippe (talk) 23:07, 23 September 2024 (UTC).Reply

@100julian Stop this nonsense please. These changes are not agreed. Johnjbarton (talk) 00:04, 24 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
If you object to a reversion, it is customary to explain on the article's Talk page why you think your change is an improvement. Redoing the change without explaining it is futile. —Tamfang (talk) 23:55, 24 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Please stop. These changes are only your personal opinion, not something you have discussed. Johnjbarton (talk) 00:07, 24 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for running unapproved bot scripts.
Under the bot policy, all automated scripts must be approved by the Bot Approvals Group to ensure that they perform safe and useful functions without stressing system resources.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  DatGuyTalkContribs 00:36, 24 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
The only bot here is you. Unblock this account. 100julian (talk) 00:38, 24 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Not talking to you. Get off this thread. 100julian (talk) 00:40, 24 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
If you want to get unblocked, you should generally explain why you shouldn't be blocked. Good luck with that. Remsense ‥  00:41, 24 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

You had the chance to make a formal, substantive appeal and did not do so. Bossing around other editors and handing out demands does not work. Your talk page access has been revoked. Please read WP:UTRS for your options going forward. Cullen328 (talk) 01:05, 24 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
