My name is Nathan, and I am a Ph.D. candidate in theoretical computer science, though what little content editing I do is mostly in other areas.
I was a sysop, although my contributions in that regard are somewhat minor. I firmly believe that sysops should use our abilities only as servants of the community. I am also a bureaucrat, and help out with bureaucratic tasks when it's needed. I am open to recall: If it is decided by a majority of the community at an RfC that I should be removed as a bureaucrat, or as both crat and sysop, I will step down.
