I'm often found contributing to articles about the toponymy, history, and politics of Wales, or indeed anything Welsh or Wales-related. I add the Welsh names to Welsh place articles that don't currently have them, I removed the 'welsh name' field from the infobox when it is redundant (i.e. in an article for a place with a single Welsh name and no English name), and I correct any unsourced or incorrect Welsh place names. I also sometimes contribute to Welsh Wikipedia, but I am still a dysgwr and my contributions are limited at the moment.

I got my username from Roald Dahl's Fantastic Mr Fox in Welsh. Cadno is a fun name not just because it means fox, but because it contains the element 'cad', meaning a battle, and so is suggestive of a battler or fighter. Another fun fact: 'cadno' is one of three words for fox in Welsh, the others being 'llwynog' - one of the grove/bush, and 'madyn' from the influence of Irish settlers and trade in west Wales (the Irish word for dog is 'madra').
