Civil POV pushers are a problem for Wikipedia. They break policies routinely by not maintaining a neutral point of view, yet because they remain civil, they are able to evade sanctions.
But civil POV pushing is POV pushing, and it should be punished the same way as someone who has a more aggressive approach to POV pushing. NPOV is a policy, and just like the other policies, it should be enforced equally.
