The result of the move request was: Consensus to move page to Proposals (play) and then redirect Proposals to Proposal. (non-admin closure) — YoungForever(talk) 16:07, 5 July 2020 (UTC)
Proposals → Proposals (play) – if there is a primary topic for "proposals", it is as the plural form of the dicdef. Out of all the various meanings listed at the dab page Proposal, this play is clearly not the primary topic. The title should be redirected to the dab page. - Strong support per WP:ASTONISH Proposal (business) gets 3,293 views, Research proposal gets 5,939, Proposition gets 6,053, Proposal (marriage) gets 107 compared to only 70[[1]] for the play. It was moved shortly after creation in 2006 and then moved back in 2011 because the redirect had been left. Google unsurprisingly doesn't show anything for the play. - Strong support per nom: ...Redirect to the disambiguation page, per WP:ASTONISH and per User:Crouch, Swale. No primary topic for the title. When in doubt, disambiguate. Paintspot Infez (talk) 19:40, 28 June 2020 (UTC)
- Support per nom, although I think that we are missing a WP:DABCONCEPT article on the general concept of a proposal. BD2412 T 22:50, 29 June 2020 (UTC)
- Support per nominator. 207.161.86.162 (talk) 04:09, 2 July 2020 (UTC)
