This article is absolutely disgusting and embarrassing! Is the author even from San Diego!?!? Probably not, because then they would know that the Oak Park parade takes place in Oak Park, Sacramento! And they would also know that there is no intersection of Broadway and Alhambra in Oak Park, San Diego!
