I think the reaction of descriptions are reversed and wrong The transition to Ar-37 is by Beta Decay. The subsequent transition back to Cl-37 is by Electron Capture (i.e. Inverse Beta Decay) also it would not emit a new electron neutrino but a Gamma Photon. The external reference does correctly describe the process the page is wrong.
