Phrasing issue

edit

Right from the first line, the Pali Canon was the first to formally "close," but not the first material written down. There are Sanskrit and Gandhari texts and text-fragments that predate the finalization of the Pali Canon.

You could say that the Pali Canon is a record of the earliest teachings, but you could not say that it's the earliest record of teachings. LosangKunphen (talk) 17:44, 19 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

duplicate entry

edit

This entry is the same as the entry "Apramada"(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apramada). They both refer to the same concept, one in Pali, one in Sanskrit. They can be combined into one entry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 47.74.19.169 (talk) 05:01, 24 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

http://dharmafarer.org/wordpress/ should point to http://www.themindingcentre.org/dharmafarer. This might be needed else where also hence it might be good to get a bot to do the URL change. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sirinath (talkcontribs) 15:02, 7 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
