In certain cases, for example, to comply with GDPR, storing no data may be crucial, especially for sensitive data. After sending a request, no history data are saved.

Lifecycle status
VOID
The request could not be sent to the user.
WAITING
Request has only been created (user has not started the verification flow)
SUBMITTED
Request submitted via async for processing on background
STARTED
User or request has started the verification flow
RUNNING
The request or user is currently in progress.
FAILED
Request failed to processed
PROCESSED
Request is completely processed by Dataleon
ABORTED
User has left the identification
EXPIRED
The request has expired and is no longer usable (only WAITING RUNNING VOID STARTED SUBMITTED request can become EXPIRED after 2 days inactivity
Expiration request
After a duration of 2 days, the data corresponding to the statuses VOID STARTED RUNNING WAITING SUBMITTED FAILED will be automatically deleted, and the respective requests will be marked as 'expired'. This automated process ensures the maintenance of a streamlined and efficient system by removing outdated data and managing requests appropriately.
Deletion request
After a duration of 14 days, the data will be automatically deleted, and the respective requests will be marked as 'deleted'.
