WebGL2RenderingContext: resumeTransformFeedback() method

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since September 2021.

The WebGL2RenderingContext.resumeTransformFeedback() method of the WebGL 2 API resumes a transform feedback operation.
