Abraham Dwuma Odoom nyɛla Ghana nim siyaasa nira ŋun be Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana zaŋti Twifo Atti-Morkwa yaɣili din be  Central Region. O niŋdi la o siyaasa n-tiri Wɔbigi paati ( New Patriotic Party).[1] He is credited with developing a concept note behind Nigeria's 'successful' rice production story.[2][3]
