A few headings on this page will need to be changed from H3 to H2. At a glance, these are "Image Sizes", "Uploading Files", and "Embeds" but double-check the file itself too.

I've attached a patch, but we have Thumbnail size, Medium size and Large size which are <th> tags. Do we need to update them?
