Zapier & D365 Sales - Initiate Refund based on Custom Entity

I used a customer Action Button in Zapier.Where a custom record is created, it initiates a refund request. However, I am getting the following error:I thought it could be the connection; however, the API is working fine with requesting payments from customers, it’s just the refund aspect.Basically, when a custom entity is created in D365 Sales > Finds the payment based on a Payment Intent ID (the customers pay using Stripe’s checkout) > refund initiated.I’ve also tried the above method via the Charge ID and have had no luck. Any thoughts on where I could be going wrong?I’m very new to API’s and integrations (hence Zapier).

I’m trying to forward email from my gmail account into “email by Zapier.” When I add Zapier’s email address, gmail sends an email that has a link that needs to be clicked to confirm the forwarding address.  How do I access the email that gmail sent and click the link? Thank you! Brian

How do I sync donor data from Give Lively to QuickBooks Online?

Hi All -- I’m working on a few different solutions for a nonprofit’s donation platform / accounting sync. They are already using Quickbooks Online and we’re considering Give LivelyHas anyone successfully created a Zap to sync Donation/Donor Data to Quickbooks? I’d want these basic features.If a donor is already in QBO, the ability to use a Find Action and use that record to create the donation in QBO. At the very least First, Last, and Email fields.  If a donor is new, create new records in QBO. At the very least First, Last, and Email fields. I’m assuming these are available in an Action? Map the Donation Campaigns to preset QBO categories. I’d imagine Paths could be used for this.  I think a one-way sync is sufficient.Is this possible with Give Lively and QBO? I’d rather confirm it here than have to apply to Give Lively and try it out first. Thanks!

Hi guys, following Problem.I got a survey set up with some checkboxes. I want it if the checkbox in the google forms document is checked it also gets checked in the pdffiller form.  Does anyone know how to do this…? pictures: google forms checkboxespdffiller checkboxes​​​​​​In Zapier i tried doing it with a custom field but it does not happen to do anything. I can only Choose ON or OFF but i  have to set this manual. I want it to check the thing i check in the google forms.​​

Hi all,  I am currently trying to approach the following:I have a JQL filter in Jira I want to send a slack message to the assignee of each ticket on regularly basisI’ve tried with:the JQL trigger, but I guess it works if there is a recently new ticket added to the jql results Zapier tables I have addon in Google sheets which will fetch the jql results but I am not sure how to add a new record automatically if there is a new row in a spreadsheet new or updated spreadsheet > it doesn’t work even if the Atlassian addon updates the sheet with recent JQL results, which might to be the same as last jql searchThank you in advance for your help!

I can't connect zapier and moodle

Hello, I have joined zapier in order to create a connection between zapier and moodle. to send you information from another tool. The objective is that a client who cancels on another payment gateway, this payment gateway sends the information to Zapier and Zapier tells Moodle to grant access to the course and, if necessary, create the user. I have used the AI ​​assistant but the zap gives an error, on the other hand I try to connect the platform itself between zapier and moodle and it only generates an error. I already activated the web services, authorized the users and created the token and when connecting it with Moodle it gives an error. I tried a second way using my administrator user and my password along with the moodle url, in which case it accepts the data but when you go to zap it gives an error. Please could someone help me, I've been trying to connect for more than 3 days and I can't do it.

eBay error: Cannot read properties if undefined (reading '0')

I have a Zap with FedEx Tracking number and Ebay Order ID - I want to add that tracking number to the Ebay order. However the “Create a Shipping fulfillment” fails if I do not provide a lineitemID despite the explanation explicitly saying I can leave it blank. I need to ship the whole order not a specific line item. This seems to be a bug in the implementation.    BUT if I do add a line item ID - the response passes, but… on Ebay side there is no tracking added to that item. So it looks like a success response, but nothing shows up on ebay side even when I do add item tracking.  Halp! I really don’t want to have to resort to another raw webhook API call…     Related -

I am setting up a few Zaps to essentially sync Cognito Forms entries with Google Sheets. I already have existing entries in Cognito; is there a way to transfer all of the existing entries to my new Google Sheet? The Zap seems to work, transferring new entries to the correct mapped fields, but I would love to move over my existing entries as well. What is the best way to achieve that, if it’s possible?

Pull all data without manually formatting

I am creating a process where we send data from a Webhook into a Slack Channel Message to notify our teams when there’s an update.   The data that pulls in from the Webhook Test records shows as already formatted with the fields labeled.  Is there any way to just pull the entire record as is and send it this way?When setting up the Slack step, only the data shows and not the field names and it’s just such a manual process to have to go in and label and organize everything into a digestible format.  This is how the data appears from the webhook:

Wildcard filter for PandaDoc templates

I have created a zap to create a project in GuideCX and send an email to the team when a PandaDoc document is completed. However, I do not want this event to run unless it is from specific  templates. There is an option to select one specific template associated with the PandaDoc agreement but I want to select more than one. I am looking know if I can wildcard the results based on a name or share the email template. I am currently duplicating zaps for every template which is not an ideal solution. Any other suggested options would be appreciated.

How do I mention an entire Microsoft Teams channel to trigger pop-up notifications?

I have read all the posts in the community forum including this post How do you mention a channel in Microsoft Teams action? | Zapier Community which says that you can now mention a channel or a team. I have tried various combinations of enclosing the name of the channel in <at> tags, or <channel> tags or combining both <at><channel> however none of these work. I have been looking for instructions on this but either there are none or they have escaped my search so far. So, my question is simply, If I have a MS Teams Channel in a Team called “AWS” how do I create a mention for it that would cause a pop-up notification for all the channel members?

Here is what I’m trying to accomplish. Perform an based on each time period. If there are three tasks at 5 hours there is only 2 at three hours and 1 at one hour. The tasks are redundant. How would I achieve this with PathsExample5 Hours before - Task A → 3 hours before  → Task B → 1 hour before - > Task C Exit3 Hours before - Task B → 1 Hour before → Task C Exit1 Hours before - Task C .ExitIf the input time is based on a Zoom Meeting / Webinar  Id like these tasks performed before the Meeting / Webinar time. Also assuming no conditions are met does the zap just halts there indefinitely and wait till one is met?

How do I trigger a Zap when editing payments in QuickBooks Online?

Hi, I have a zap that I want to trigger when payments are edited in Quickbooks. Using the new payment trigger in the Quickbooks integration doesn’t seem to work. I think this is because of the way deduplication works - when the payment is created initially it is assigned an id, which Zapier stores in the deduplication table. When editing the payment in Quickbooks, the payment id remains the same, so Zapier ignores the edited payment as it identifies it as a duplicate. Is there another trigger I could use to trigger the zap when editing payments in Quickbooks? I should also say I need to be able to trigger it both when creating new payments in Quickbooks and when editing payments in Quickbooks too.

I would like to trigger a QBO zap not when the invoice is created, but when it is matched to a bank deposit and its status changes to “deposited.” Is there a way to trigger a QBO zap in this manner? Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Using labels in Acuity to trigger follow up emails

Hello, I am looking to send follow up emails based on whether someone no showed for a discovery call, or didn’t book a programme off the back of one, 3 days later. If they completed the call I want to send a follow up saying thanks for the call etc, if they didn’t I want to send one saying feel free to book another. I was thinking of using labels in Acuity but I can’t see how to add this as a custom trigger? Many thanks in advance! Rachael
