Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2022) to produce a single Picture of the Year.
Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.
In this second and final round, you may vote for a maximum of three images. The image with the most votes will become the Picture of the Year 2022.
Round 2 will end at UTC.

总结吧
[edit]挺高兴有机会能和法律专业人士辩论,而且还能直接飙母语,我想到现在为止,基本上论据都已经摆上台面,建议就不要再持续争论下去了,各做一个不长也不短的总结(太短嫌少,太长不看),加粗(或者标红?)、翻译、找个合适位置放一下吧。说白了,我并不执着于具体的一两张照片,而是不希望从这个判例出发就直接建立起一个接近一刀切的标准,即使这个标准终将建立,它也应当是随着类型、数量足够多的判例或者法律自身的不断完善而建立的。--猫猫的日记本 (talk) 15:07, 18 July 2023 (UTC)

请阁下不要再将“中国人民银行”简称为“人行”了
[edit]“行”是多音字,有Háng音也有Xíng音,偶尔(基本针对文言文教学领域)也可能存在Hàng或Héng音,阁下过去几个月一而再再而三三而四...地如此简称,甚至w:zh:中国人民银行还首行指出“亦简称人行”的做法,很容易将“人行道”一词误解为与中国人民银行相关,很危险呐 Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 08:03, 21 July 2023 (UTC)

- 根据s:zh:国务院办公厅秘书局关于印发国务院机构简称的通知,中国人民银行的简称依然为“中国人民银行”,“在许多新闻报道中这一简称也多见使用”迄今为止未见理据,但在没有发现“道”这一汉字或其他配套词语后即可理会“人行”指“人民银行”这一说法,至少在天津方言中行不通,当地经常有中老年人用“人行”一词指代徒步交通或者行人。--Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 04:59, 26 March 2024 (UTC)

- 您也提到了存在地区差异,至少对于我而言“人行”如单独出现,且上下文均为银行、政府机构语境时,应理解为“人民银行”。我可能无暇照顾您提到的天津方言,否则全中国方言和语言习惯数不胜数,我作为维基用户,进行任何一笔贡献前似乎可能没有义务调查这句话是否在华人圈内都能被非常容易地理解,在讨论中要做到的是传达我的意思,如果对方不清楚我可以解释(在这一情境中,您已经理解我所用的“人行”指“人民银行”);在非讨论页如维基百科的条目中,他人可以自由修改乃至删除我普适性不高的用语。

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2023 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the eighteenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2023) to produce a single Picture of the Year.
Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.
For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topical categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you may vote for as many images as you like. The top 30 overall and top 5% of most popular images in each category will continue to the final. In the final round, you may vote for just three images to become the Picture of the Year.
Round 1 will end on UTC.
