English: Engraved stone at the lower center portion of the western foundation of the Whitford Flyover of the old Pennsylvania Railroad. The stone text reads:

1904 W. H. BROWN. CHIEF ENGINEER. W. A. PRATT. ASST. TO THE CHIEF ENG'R. J. R. POTTER. ASSISTANT ENGINEER. THE SMITH CONSTRUCTION CO.
