Description
English: A large shift in ligand specificity through modest changes in receptor-binding site architecture. Only a few changes in the receptor binding site architecture of the MHV-S HE protein resulted in the specific binding of 4-O-acetylated sialic acid and the exclusion of 9-O-acetylated sialic acid.
