Description
English: Rapid vacuole expansion and deformation of C. albicans after the addition of Hst-5. The morphological change to the yeast C. albicans after the addition of 50 µM Hst-5. The images were recorded by time-lapse microscopy at room temperature with frames recorded every 15 seconds for a total of 15 minutes.
