Description
Español: Esta animación muestra el prensado de la uva para la obtención del mosto en el proceso productivo del vino de Jerez. En ella podemos ver un ejemplo de prensa y como mediante tres diferentes presiones obtiene tres fracciones de mosto distintas que serán utilizadas para la elaboración de Vino. Posteriormente vemos como es desechada la pasta resultante de la prensa.
English: This animation show the grape pressure to must obtaining in the wine prodution process.

We can see a press making three diferent preasures to obtain three must tipes, wich will be used to wine elaboration.

In adition we see how is throw away the press plaster.
