Description
Nederlands: Allegorie. Frederik Hendrik wordt in een open zegekar in een triomftocht door een stad (Den Haag?) geleid door geblinddoekte Vrouwe Justitia en anderen. Vanaf een wolk kijkt de koning (van Spanje?) met rijksappel en scepter met een gezelschap toe. Heer met schild met drie lelies van Frankrijk. Op een gebouw de Latijnse tekst "Invictissimo/ Frederico He(nrico) /Principi Aura..(=Auraiae?)" en "Hon(i) soit qui mal y pense". Paarden, een schuine gevallen zuil. Lauwerkransen. Kleine Nederlandse Leeuw. Symbolen in de hand. Hoed op een staak (paal).
English: Allegory. Frederick Henry, Prince of Orange is conducted in a chariot in a triumph procession by a blindfolder Lady Justice and others through a city, The Hague? From a cloud, the Spanish king with sceptre and orb and cross (globus cruciger), a nobleman with a shield with three lilies (coat of arms of France) and a company look down. Latin and French texts "Invictissimo/ Frederico He(nrico) /Principi Aura.." and "Hon(i) soit qui mal y pense". An oblique pillar. A small Leo Hollandicus. Hat on a stick.
