Rationale

  • Reason: - A large number of images by LokomotorasTutorial up for deletion for a number of reasons (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). Mainly it was because LokomotorasTutorial simply used {{Self}} instead of figuring out if the real copyright status of the image was.
After I did this a @Taichi: (with @MarcoAurelio: suggesting that this be looked into) pointed out that a lot of these images are recreations of the same images previously or strikingly similar to those uploaded by the suspected related users. The reason I put them up of deletion is also the exact same issues the lead to there deleted he first time. For example:
  1. Images uploaded by Ferrocwell were deleted at here, then recreated by LokomotorasTutorial (1, 2, and 3)
  2. Image upload by user:Ben3009 (1) looks exactly the same as image uploaded by LokomotorasTutorial (1).
  3. Image upload by User:Ferrowell mex ([1]) are the same images that LokomotorasTutorial has uploaded.
  4. Images and comments made by suspected related users (such as 1 and 2) are in the exact same style as LokomotorasTutorial (1, 2, and 3)
  5. It also appears that every one of these users had problems on the Spanish Wikipedia and has been blocked for "Abuse of Multiple Accounts" (sockpuppetry).
As for "how is Commons disrupted, or the admins' work made harder" of considering that I have put up at least 50 images that administrators have already deleted elsewhere, I think alot of work is done that shouldn't have to be done again. I have personally put in a least several hours putting these up for deletion. I have no idea how long it takes an administrators to actually delete the image, but whatever that is, it is time wasted deleting images that should have never been uploaded or re-uploaed.
