Completely redundant to {{PD-old-70}}. Liliana-60 (talk) 21:25, 18 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Had to restore it because 1) not completely redundant as claimed (note the publication clause) and 2) 400 images still using it. --Denniss (talk) 14:14, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

That too is redundant, but to {{Anonymous-EU}}. This template shouldn't have been undeleted. -- Liliana-60 (talk) 17:20, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Template:PD-Finland

This template should have never been undeleted. It is still completely redundant to {{PD-old-70}} and {{Anonymous-EU}}. We do not need a hundred templates that do the same thing and only serve to confuse users. Liliana-60 (talk) 09:37, 30 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It can't really be deleted while it's in use and serving the purpose of the templates it duplicates, otherwise there would be unlicensed files. I'd suggest rewriting the template to deprecate it (i.e. with some big red letters and what should be used instead) –moogsi (blah) 11:27, 7 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Kept, in use by 350+ files, no adequate replacement: one part may fit PD-old-70 but the anon publication clause is different from anon-EU. --Denniss (talk) 14:10, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
