Justification

Hi, Patrick Rogel! Thanks for taking a detailed look at the photos i uploaded. As the template says, unknown works published before 1970 are public domain in Azerbaijan. Those old photos are older than 1970 and they can be uploaded. Even among the list there are people who died in before 1948. Some of these photos are taken by myself, so i uploaded them here:

The 7 files above are a mistake. Concerning the others there's no mention of "1970" but of "70 years after publication" so only the post 1949 files are public domain. Yours, --Patrick Rogel (talk) 17:00, 8 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Patrick Rogel: , As Template:PD-Azerbaijan says, The Article 25.3 (amendment) was added in 2008: “Duration of protection determined by this Law shall be applied to all works of which term of protection has not expired until this Law enters into force”. Before waiting for the "1970" justification, i can make some of these clear: Bulbuljan died in 1927, Uzeyir Hajibeyov in 1948, Kor Ahed in 1942, Jabbar Garyagdioglu in 1944, Asger aga Gorani in 1910... Sealle, sorry, but are these kind of evidences acceptable? For example, this is a photo of Gara Garayev, and it was published in 1965 (maybe there're older publications, we don't know). EDIT:Here is a book File:Tofiq Quliyev.jpg was published. It belongs to 1959.
