Derivative works. The artwork appears to be in public place but there is no freedom of panorama exemption in Ghana. We do however needs permission from the copyright holder of the artworks.

All photos in question covers the theme for Wiki Loves Africa 2019. As clearly seen from the photos the main subject is a play in action. Since the graffiti is not the main subject and also not covered in full but just the fractions there is no need to seek permission from the copyright holder.Joy Agyepong (talk) 23:47, 3 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
De minimis does not applies to any of these photos. BTW...What does "Football with Art" implies if the artworks were not targeted as claimed? T Cells (talk · contribs · email) 12:30, 4 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Since this is a competition from diverse backgrounds, it is obvious that most games making the theme might have similar names and style of play and a typical example is football. That notwithstanding, due to the file name *Football* which has already been used by other users, there was a need for me to give a clear distinction from similar file names since the background as already argued has an art background hence Football with Art.Joy Agyepong (talk) 18:46, 4 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The artworks are not incidental to the overall subject matter of these photographs as the artworks takes up a significant part of these images and are completely in focus. We need permission from the copyright holder of the artworks. Regards. T Cells (talk · contribs · email) 21:09, 4 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Possible copyright infringement. The copyright holder is "Citizen photos". There is no evidence that uploader is the same person as Citizens photos. We do however needs evidence of permission or email from Citizens photos to OTRS that they do not own the copyright of this photos. Otherwise, delete per COM:PRP

I wish to inform you that these photos were taken by me therefore making me the copyright holder. However, the author stated in Metadata is with the name citizen photos because I borrowed an additional camera from the company in question which had its name embedded in the camera. This was done to serve the purpose of our mass photo hunt for the Wiki Loves Africa 2017.Joy Agyepong (talk) 00:13, 4 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
"Citizen Photos" should email COM:OTRS with a disclaimer that they did not take these photos and do not owns the copyrights. T Cells (talk · contribs · email) 12:24, 4 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
