Rationale

These accounts are all used to upload multiple copies of the same images with dubious and contradictory copyright claims and dubious and unverifiable source claims, for example:

• File:Faramarz Asadi 1248.jpg, File:Faramrz Asad1348.jpg and File:Faramrz Asadi1300.jpg uploaded by A559sadi are all copies of the same image as File:Faramrz Asadi1000.jpg and File:Faramrz Asadi1200.jpg uploaded by مریم ایلامی.
• File:420PX-~1.JPG uploaded by مریم ایلامی is the same image as File:Pahlavan Mosa Kamis.jpg uploaded by A559sadi.
• File:Sanad Haji Faramarz Asadi.jpg uploaded by مریم ایلامی is the same image as File:Sanad Haj Faramarz Asadi.jpg uploaded by A559sadi, and File:Faramarz asadi1335.JPG uploaded by M1314 also shows the same document.
• File:خمیس شه میر.jpg uploaded by M1314 is the same image as File:Khamis Shahmir.jpg uploaded by مریم ایلامی.
• File:Fath Nameh Malekshahi Mosa Khamis.jpg uploaded by M1314 is the same image as File:Fath Nameh Mosa Khamis Malekshahi.jpg by A559sadi.

Obviously. The use of multiple accounts serves no other purpose than to try make it more difficult to deal with the problematic uploads in a structured way. As I see it, the only question is which account should be considered the main account and whether or not that should be blocked as well. As the user has chosen to remain completely uncommunicative, I'm not particularly hopeful about their prospects of becoming a constructive collaborator in the foreseeable future. —LX (talk, contribs) 15:02, 18 May 2014 (UTC)
