QPageLayout: fix qFuzzyCompare() precondition violations
qFuzzyCompare() requires that neither argument is numerically
zero. This cannot be guaranteed for page margins.
Fix by using the new QtPrivate::fuzzyCompare() function, which does
things in the correct way.
