tst_qxp_is_virtual_base_of: guard a MSVC version
Follow the rule of always guarding compiler versions when working around
bugs; the test actually passes since MSVC 19.40 (at least).
Amends 35878fa924d0598b1cdec5ba358e8488f6774676.
