QPicture: Avoid crashing when exceeding max buffer sizeHEADdev

QPicture uses int-based addressing, and hence has a 2G size
limit. Very unlikely to be reached outside of test apps, the limit was
not checked and overflow would lead to crash. Fix by rejecting to add
further painting operations once the limit is reached.
