This is task script updated for 64-bit Windows.
Unix-style 2!:x are defined here to make host calls cross-platform. This is an approximation. Still need to define the case with stdin.
A new command launch to open default application is added. It should probably be configurable through LAUNCH_j_. It needs support for arguments with spaces. [{{#file: "task.ijs"}} Download script: task.ijs ]
